The 'Re-launch' of No.4
Following the painstaking 10-year overhaul of LMS(NCC) 2-6-4T No.4, RPSI Vice Chairman Johnny Glendinning  arranged a re-launch for the locomotive at Whitehead on 31st July 2002.  Chairperson of Translink and the Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company, Dr Joan Smyth was the guest of honour.
Significant media interest was generated.
