This will be the main seating area of the dining car. The windows have been cleaned and refitted, and new panelling has been fitted around them. Next will come seats and tables!
The extended bar approaches completion, with a spare tap temporarily fitted to help visualise what it will look like when completed.

Shunting engine No.3 "R H Smyth" was having some routine maintainance carried out. Here the smokebox is being cleared of ashed and soot.
Hunslet No.102 "Falcon" was also being worked on. Currently work is centering on getting the engine started.

This is one of No.461's axleboxes. The axle fits through the circular hole in the centre of the picture and the weight of the engine rests on the whitemetal bearings, which have yet to be machined to shape.
Carriage No.62M's overhauled wheelsets and axleboxes are being refitted. This coach is being overhauled before it goes on loan to the Downpatrick and County Down Railway.
