Longford Festival Express (1990)

This was a charter by Longford Festival committee on 21st July 1990. It ran from Dublin Connolly to Sligo and return. No.4 was the locomotive. It continued light to Sligo Quay for servicing. Photographs courtesy of Joe Cassells.

No.4 passing Leixlip in single track days. The old Up platform can still be seen.

The 46th Mile Box (46 miles from Broadstone) broke up the Killucan to Mullingar section.
