Dublin Millennium (1988) - Whitehead Railway Museum

A series of one-day trips was run to mark the Dublin Millennium in 1988. 4th June, The Cooley: Dublin - Dundalk - Drogheda - Dundalk - Dublin. 18th June, Clonsilla Shuttle: Dublin - Clonsilla & return (x4). 16th July, The Shannon: Dublin - Carrick-on-Shannon - Boyle - Carrick-on-Shannon - Dublin. 30th July, Lough Ree: Dublin - Mullingar - Athlone - Ballinasloe - Athlone - Mullingar - Dublin. 13th August, The Tara: Dublin - Drogheda - Navan - Mosney - Navan - Drogheda - Dublin. 27th August, The Boyne: Dublin to Drogheda, then to Navan, and return.
